Basement Waterproofing & Drainage Before & After Photos

In Linn, KS, Michael P. had been dealing with a frequent wet basement but was ready to waterproof it to make it a fully functional space for their family. System Design Specialist Dylan Hagen visited the home in Linn, KS, and performed a full inspection of the problematic basement. After explaining to Michael our waterproofing solutions, he opted to have our crews install our full interior waterproofing system. Sara is a homeowner in Battle Creek, NE, and needed some help with mold in her basement. The crew went out to her home and recommended WaterGuard on the perimeter of the basement and installed a full wall vapor barrier on the walls to trap and direct any wall moisture down to our waterproofing system. 

This customer fell victim to flooding in their basement when heavy rain struck and the drain tile was unable to provide proper drainage. Homeowner Kara K. has been noticing that water has been coming into her basement. Looking to create some bedrooms down there, she wanted a long-term solution to prevent water from coming in again. She has had work done with us before and decided to give us a call again.

We sent System Design Specialist Jesse White out to her home. He was able to identify that water was coming in on three walls and seeping into one of the corners of the basement. The team removed a portion of the floor slab and exposed the top of the footing. We were able to install WaterGuard on the footing and surround the area with crushed rock and poured new concrete. Kara was really impressed with the quality of work done and how quickly we were able to complete it.

This homeowner was experiencing water in his basement whenever it rained. It got him worried his walls were going to cave in, and since this is his forever home, it's important to him to take care of it. He called Thrasher to come out for a free inspection and Nate Franson visited the home to see what was going on. Nate determined that water was entering through the cold joints and wall cracks, with two walls deflected. To fix this issue, we installed WaterGuard and CleanSpace to effectively drain the water; TripleSafe and PowerBrace to support the failing walls. 

The homeowner was happy we were able to save him from having to move again. His forever home is now dry and stable.
