With routine inspections, tune-ups, and exclusive member benefits, you can feel confident your home is performing the way it should all year long.

Regular maintenance helps prevent unexpected issues, extends the lifespan of your systems, and keeps everything running exactly as designed. Every visit includes a full inspection, a detailed review of your system's performance, and a complimentary basement protection evaluation.

Service Included:

Foundation

Re-tighten wall stabilization systems to proper torque
Evaluate PowerBrace® and/or wall anchor plates
Benchmark and document wall movement at key locations
Inspect foundation walls for cracks, bowing, efflorescence, or water staining
Check overall foundation elevation and performance
Inspect grading, downspouts, and gutter flow away from the home
Remove excess anchor rod as needed

Waterproofing

Cycle and water-test sump pump operation
Clean sediment and silt from the sump liner
Replace the WaterWatch® alarm battery
Flush and flood-test the WaterGuard® system when needed
Inspect discharge lines and evaluate freezing potential

Crawl Space Repair

Inspect CleanSpace® for rips, tears, or loose seams
Update SmartJack® benchmarks and adjust jacks as needed
Inspect crawl-space structural supports and supplemental beams
Inspect foundation, grading, and gutters around the crawl space for proper water management

Dehumidification

Inspect and replace system filters as needed
Check humidity set point and verify proper system operation
Clean heat exchange core, evaporator coil, and drain line
Inspect blower motor, electrical connections, and refrigeration components

You can still get a comprehensive annual maintenance service for $179 without joining the Care Club. One of our expert technicians will come to your home, review your property history, perform a full home inspection, service all systems, and address any areas of concern. We'll make sure everything is still working 100% right, and you're still feeling 100% satisfied.
