This homeowner was facing a persistent issue with their home - a sinking floor that seemed to worsen each year. The floor had gotten to the point where the baseboard and floor were separated by 4 inches. This was causing issues within the home's foundation, allowing the walls to wobble a bit when tapped.

One of our System Design Specialists, Joe Miller, met with this homeowner and discussed how we could get this issue fixed. We would be using our PolyLevel foam to lift and level the floor back into place.

Our crew got out there, drilled dimed-sized holes into the concrete, and injected the foam into the floor to lift it up the whole 4 inches back to its original level.
