Your web site and booklet were very useful and interesting. They both inspire confidence.  The computer display with prices by item made you feel like everyone gets the same deal. It made pricing seem level. I will schedule the work within a few months.

The initial contact I had was a call to set up an estimate and that and also the follow up calls were all helpful, very professional and never a nuisance. The rep was on time in spite of having to navigate around the flooded areas.  The estimate was to close to what I thought and the rep gave us an accurate assessment of the situation.  We are trying to sell our house and if we have the project done for a prospective buyer or need to do it in order to sell it we will have Thrasher do the project.  We have the utmost confidence and have seen their work over the years.

I wanted to share with you a crew review.  On Jan. 19 the crew led by Juan Matos arrived at my mother's home to repair a crumbling cement block and replace the basement floor that was torn out years ago. The crew arrived promptly and was very courteous.  I did go down and talk to Juan and asked him a few questions about the job and he explained everything in detail and was very kind.  When the job was completed the crew cleaned everything up nicely. I want to thank Thrasher Basement for making the repair process so fast and easy.  Also I want to give special thanks to Juan and his crew for a great experience with quality workmanship.

I selected Thrasher due to the reasonable bid I received.  The crew was professional and used a tarp for walking. Explained everything to satisfaction.

I will recommend Thrasher because the people were very reliable from the first meeting forward.  They gave an air of confidence that made me feel comfortable.  My husband was sick and your staff was dealing the wife (me) and I never felt uncomfortable or I never had trouble understanding what they were doing.  Your workers were always respectful and made sure  I was clear on what was happening and their plans for the day.  One of the days I had to take my husband to the doctor and I had no problem leaving the crew at home working while I left.  The next day I had to call the ambulance for my husband and your crew waved me on simply stating they would take care of everything.  When I did return they were concerned and offered to help if there was anything I needed. They were very sincere and caring.  I can't possibly tell you how great it was not to have to worry about what was happening at home when I was so overwhelmed with my husband's condition.  Day 1 & 2 was Jeremy and his crew.  Day 3 & 4 were Aaron and his crew.  Job Well Done!

I had heard of the company for a few years.  The crew was very professional.  They worked very hard the whole time they were here.

I had basement walls that were bowing and moving in at the bottom, was concerned about further movement.  Saw an ad on TV and the anchor system looked like a good way to repair it.  The salesperson who came out was knowlegdable about the problem and the solution.  The workers were friendly and did a good job as it looks like a lot of hard work.  They went the extra mile to do everything right.
