I had concern on structural damage. My rep, Tom K, was very courteous and honest.  He took the time to listen and fully inspect the foundation.  Tom did not oversell me, in fact there was no need for any repairs but he did show me a few things once we refinish the basement.

Our sales rep, Kyle, arrived a few minutes early and carefully listened to the vague problems we've had with our basement leaking over several years.  He was very thorough in answering our questions and was able to give specific reasons for those vague problems. He gave us a detailed plan for how to alleviate our water problems.  We are confident that the solution provided will thorougly waterproof our basement.
