I had previously had Thrasher work done at my house. If someone was to ask me for a recommendation, I would recommend Thrasher, especially after this last work at my house. The crew was excellent and Tom explained everything very well to me.

Kevin performed the scheduled sump pump maintenance check last week and we are grateful for his attention. He inspected the four walls of our poured basement and noticed the east wall was "leaning" at the top. He told us about the potential for future problems and we were able to schedule the anchor installation this week that prevents any future movement.Kevin was knowledgeable, professional, warm and friendly. He explained the problem to us so that we clearly understood the process and the costs. My husband and I were impressed by his professionalism and his diligence with the inspection of our basement. One of the reasons we decided to have all the work done by Thrasher is that we knew the work would be completed and guaranteed. We could have gone with other companies to do bits and pieces, but that would have taken a long time. Since we went with Thrasher for all of it, we only had one company and knew that when they were finished with what we are having done, our basement will look complete. Only the sump-pump, Sani-dry and waterguard are installed, but what a difference in the smell of our house since the Sani-dry was installed, I love it.  In a few weeks, the new wall restoration and floor will be put in.  I am looking forward to having a more pleasant environment in our basement. Instead of calling the basement the man-cave, it will be "our cave" since I won't be afraid of going down there any more.

We were pleased with how remarkably well the crew cleaned up, dispite how messy the job was. I really like the outside drainage system, and the foreman was very polite and respectful and willing to please.

I wanted to write and say Thank you!  We purchased a house that has a Thrasher system in it, and since we’ve moved in since February there have been two representatives out.  Both were very friendly and very knowledgeable.  The first came out and helped explain the system we have and answered any questions or concerns.  He checked to make sure our sump pump was working.  The second (Kyle) came out because I had a leak in the basement ceiling.  Although the issue had nothing to do with your system, Kyle did everything he could to help me find a reason why there was a leak.  He even offered to help me pull some drywall down to see what was causing it.  Every single interaction I’ve had with you guys has been a good one!  Whether it is on the phone or a field rep, they have always showed concern and have been very pleasant to deal with.  I will need a new sump pump and dehumidifier soon, and when the time comes Thrasher will be the only one I go to.  Thanks again and keep it up, because people/companies like you are hard to come by.

Everything from the initial contact to installation was professional and complete.  Not only the salesman, but the crew; they were on time, explained everything to my satisfation.  The crew completed the job as indicated, and cleaned up after themselves.  I was very happy with everything.  I will definitely recommend Thrasher.
