Basement Waterproofing & Drainage Before & After Photos

This homeowner is redoing his entire basement and didn't want to experience any water issues that he previously had. The issue was that water was seeping in through the cold joints of the basement because of hydrostatic pressure. He installed our WaterGuard basement waterproofing system and a TripleSafe sump pump to keep his basement water-free and ready for renovation!

At first glance, this might look like your everyday basement. But if you take a closer look, you can see cracks in between the cement blocks and a white, chalky substance known as efflorescence, AKA a clear indication there has been water in your basement. After inspection, we realized hydrostatic pressure was the culprit. To waterproof, we installed a vapor barrier, an interior drainage system, and a sump pump to keep water out!

This homeowner wanted to protect her basement in the case of pump failure or a power outage. She uses her basement as storage and doesn't want her belongings to get ruined. We installed an UltraSump during our annual maintenance with this homeowner. An UltraSump is a battery backup system that includes a separate pump, battery, and charger. 

Countryside Christian Church in Maryville, MO has been battling water issues in the basement for over a decade. They utilize their basement heavily for classrooms, gatherings, and hosting events.  System Design Specialist Nico Lemmers arrived at the church in Maryville to perform a thorough inspection of the property. Jim D. of the church opted to have us install our WaterGuard basement waterproofing system throughout the entire space. In addition, the team installed two lateral drain lines down the middle of the building to prevent any clogging from soils underneath. Lastly, our waterproof plastic barrier CleanSpace was applied to all the walls to prevent any water from seeping through. These two products combined guarantee the basement stays dry year-round.

 After a long struggle with the water issues in the basement, the church community was relieved to have a permanent solution that allows them to move forward. They were more than pleased with the effectiveness of our solutions, and professionalism displayed by the team.
