Time will tell on how the solution impacts our property, but we are delighted the lift was achieved without any apparent damage to our home. Thrasher made the process easy and we would definitely consider them for future needs (although we hope none arise!).

Extremely helpful and promptly answered all questions. A heads up about excavator access for the helical pier would be best in the future.
Sales Process
Chris was above average in timely communication and the time he spent with us! He came out twice, gave prompt updates about schedule changes, etc. We wish he’d disclosed the need for excavator access for the pier from the start; it was a hand dig contract and we had no idea we’d need to remove a fence gate until day of. A copy of the warranty at the first meeting would also be helpful; our biggest concern was the interior impact of lifting and there were some initial misunderstandings of warranty coverages. The presentation was good and we had a clear understanding of the solutions. Definitely within the realm of normal for construction.
