Our Overall Service
Mitch and his team were very professional and through. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up any areas they disturbed, and answered questions willingly. Brian, the system designer, explained why he recommended my system and how thing would progress going forward after an install date was determined.
Call Representative
They called after the installed date was determined and stated that they would stay in touch and contact me the day before the install to make sure all was still ok. They did this and the team leader, Mitch, did the same.
Sales Process
Brian was very through and answered questions regarding why he suggested the system that was being installed and his company's maintenance agreement.
Our Installation Crew
This team was the top-of-the-line crew. They worked independently on different things needing to get done, and if they encountered any problems brought them to mine and the team leader's attention. they left their respective work areas very clean and carried away rocks and excessive soil so I didn't have to deal with it.
The Cleanup Process
So good you couldn't tell anything was disturbed!
