Photo Album: Waterproofing Two Properties in Monett, MO

These two rental properties are right next to each other and the owner wants to address some issues in order to maintain their property value long-term and to give the tenants the best possible place to live as they can. The crawl spaces at both properties have standing water in the crawl space even though a previous contractor installed a sump pump in the space. During our initial inspection, there was up to 5 inches of standing water.  Our team installed a TripleSafe sump pump into both crawl spaces with a backup pump and battery to ensure the water stays out no matter the situation. We also buried the downspouts to get the water dispensed away from the foundation, preventing it from sitting against the foundation wall and getting into the crawlspace.
