Cracked Stained Concrete Patio
This homeowner wanted to protect his newly stained concrete patio. He noticed a couple of cracks starting to form, and called Thrasher! He knew of our reputation and knew we could give him a great solution to be proactive in protecting his concrete.
Unsealed Joints on Back Patio
Leaving the joints and small cracks unsealed can cause water to get through and eventually cause wash out under the slabs. When this happens, the soil shifts and the concrete starts to sink and crack. Better to be proactive!
Patio 3-Part System Installed
On this back patio, we used the 3-Part System. PolyLevel to stabilize and lift where needed, NexusPro to caulk the joints, preventing water from getting through, and SealantPro to seal the overall look, preventing any spalling or chipping.

On this back patio, there were a few cracks happening. We used NexusPro to fill this cracks in to prevent any more cracking or water to washout under the slabs.
