Photo Album: Lifted Foundation in Dakota City, NE

This homeowner built his home around 40 years ago, yet it was starting to show signs of foundation problems. He noticed that large cracks were developing in the basement and he was worried that this would effect his ability to give it to his granddaughter one day. He knew of our reputation in his area, so he decided to give us a call to see what solutions we could offer. We sent System Design Specialist Tyler DeLashmutt to inspect the foundation and determine what was happening to the home's foundation as well as suggest solutions to fix the problems. Tyler found that there was settlement in multiple corners and voids underneath the foundation slab. He suggested that the homeowner have his foundation lifted using Push Piers as well as utilizing PolyLevel foam to help lift the driveway slab up.
