These homeowners had problems with rainy day flooding on the backside of their home. They wanted to have this problem solved, so that they wouldn't need to worry when they were traveling, so when their friend recommended us, they were very excited to give us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Neil Kwiatkowski to determine what was causing the problem during rainy days, and design a solution that fit the home's needs. Neil found that water was coming through the floor joint and the window, so after discussing solutions with the homeowners, he called a team to install some waterproofing solutions. The installation team used a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, a Poly Well, a Well Duct, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Old Drainage System
The homeowners had a drainage system that was not working. The sump pump was buried and not functioning, so water would flood in the corners of the basement with no where to go on rainy days.
TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier Installed
Our team replaced the old drainage system with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System as well as a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier in order to pump water out of the basement and keep the air dry.
WaterGuard Interior Drainage System and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier Installed
The WaterGuard Interior Drainage System and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier were installed to give water a path towards the sump pump and off the floors. Water has a path to leave the basement with these instead of it pooling with no where to go.
