Photo Album: Concrete Floor Lifted in Littleton, CO
This homeowner was remodeling his home, when he realized that his garage and living room were bowling in a similar corner. He wanted to get this problem fixed before he continued the remodel of his home, so he gave us a call. We sent out System Design Specialist Anthony Salcedo to inspect the concrete. His team used PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift and seal the home's concrete slabs. Check out their work!
Before the Repair Living Room
Before the repair of the concrete slab underneath the carpet, the door to the garage was not closing properly. The uneven flooring can be seen where the carpet meets the hardwood, as well as where the hardwood meets the door.
Concrete Slab in the Living Room Fixed
After utilizing PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant, the homeowner's living room concrete slab was lifted back into its original position. The leveled and sealed concrete is now ready for the remodel to continue.
The Crew
After the repair, the crew celebrated their job well done and cleaned up the home, and their truck.
Before the Repair Garage Stairs
The bowling of the concrete floor in the garage was very apparent around the stairs. The concrete below the stairs had settled down so far, that the concrete stairs were no longer touching the floor.
After the Repair Garage Floor
The garage stairs were now touching the garage floor after the crew used PolyLevel foam to lift the concrete back to its original level. Then, the crew used NexusPro sealant to seal the stairs and floor together for the finishing look.
