Sinking Driveway
The driveway in this home began to sink when the soil underneath the concrete experienced washout. This means that when water seeps into the soil, the water causes the soil to expand, however when the water is evaporated, the soil dries and then shrinks. This unstable soil is what caused the concrete of this home's driveway to sink.
Driveway Cracks
The driveway in this home was having issues because when the driveway started to settle, cracks in the concrete started to form. These cracks were formed also from the washed out soil problem that sunk the concrete.
PolyLevel Concrete Leveling Lifts the Driveway
Our System Design Specialist Levi Ashmore utilized PolyLevel Concrete Lifting to raise the settled concrete back to its original position. This will create a strong base for the concrete to rest on that does not washout like the soil underneath it.
NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair Fixes the Cracking
The cracks in this driveway were sealed with NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair, which works to provide a silicon seal to fixed damaged areas of the concrete. This will prevent water from seeping into the soil through the cracks in the concrete in the future.
