Original Walls Before Repair
This was the wall that was problematic and needed repair before any remodeling was done.

There was a large leak allowing water to seep through the stairs and down onto the basement floor. Any leak this size could lead to extreme mold growth and have collateral damage to the rest of the home's foundation.
Poor Drainage From The Downspouts
The downspouts were the main cause of this home's wet basement. When downspouts aren't buried and release the water this close to the home, there's a risk for water build-up against the foundation of the home.
Drywall Removal for CleanSpace
For a proper CleanSpace installation, the homeowners opted to have our teams remove the drywall and find the source of the leak.
CleanSpace Installation
From there, we began installing the CleanSpace waterproof barrier that traps moisture and drains it towards the sump pump to keep the basement permanently dry.
WaterGuard Installation
After the water is trapped by the CleanSpace, it is dropped into the WaterGuard interior drainage system that carries the water to the sump pump system to be excavated.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installation
The final destination before the water is removed from the home is our TripleSafe sump pump system. They are a necessity for any basement waterproofing solution.
Final Stage of WaterGuard
After the drainage system is tested and working properly, our team covered it with cement to leave an un-noticeable final product.
