This homeowner was concerned about the concrete surrounding her home and wanted to have it repaired before it got any worse. There were numerous areas with voids and cracks allowing water to seep in and wash the soil out. This leads to settlement and potential tripping hazards that can direct water towards the foundation of the home. To solve this, Thrasher installed our three-part concrete protection service that consists of PolyLevel foam, NexusPro filler, and SealantPro protectant. PolyLevel lifts and levels the sunken areas, NexusPro is used to fill all cracks and joints to prevent future water damage, and SealantPro is applied to the external surface to protect the concrete from deterioration.
