Garage Apron Repair

These homeowners were experiencing sinking in their driveway near the garage apron, causing a noticeable bump whenever they pulled their car in and out of the garage. This issue was both an eyesore and a constant annoyance.

To resolve this problem, we used our polyurethane foam to lift and level the concrete back to the garage's original level. The foam is injected under the slab, where it fills the voids, expands, hardens, and lifts the slab back into place.

The homeowners were thrilled with this solution, finding it more permanent than mud jacking, and they were ready to enjoy their improved driveway throughout the summer months!

Barn Floor Repair

Uneven concrete is an issue no matter where it is – your driveway, sidewalk, or even your barn floor. This homeowner called us in to level his barn's concrete floor so he could safely continue using it for his equipment.

Gutter Installation in Des Moines

The homeowner's existing gutters were failing – rotting, leaking, and detracting from the house's appearance. This not only allowed water intrusion but also threatened the foundation with potential structural damage. To address these concerns, we replaced them with a new seamless gutter system. Unlike traditional gutters, seamless gutters offer a clog-resistant design that prevents debris buildup and ensures optimal water flow.

Basement Waterproofing and Wall Support

When water soaks into the concrete walls of your basement, the soil around your house expands and pushes against your foundation. This can cause cracks, leaks, and even foundation problems.

We install our CleanSpace vapor barrier, which is mechanically attached to your basement walls and protects them from water damage. For walls that have already moved inward, we use our PowerBrace system to stabilize and straighten them over time.

Don't wait until your basement is flooded to take action.

Front Step Repair

Check out the transformation of these front steps. These homeowners were unable to use their front steps due to some major damage. We used our polyurethane foam to lift the sidewalk back into place and ensure it's level with the stairs. The foam works wonders by expanding into the gaps between the slab and the soil, providing a stable foundation.

Now, the homeowners can use their steps safely without worrying about anyone getting hurt!
