Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner was experiencing major cracks in their garage over the years. It was progressively getting worse and they knew they needed to have it fixed. Thrasher Foundation Repair came out and talked through how to get their concrete back in working condition. We used our Polylevel foam to lift and level and NexusPro to seal the joints and cracks. These homeowners were experiencing sinking of their concrete in their garage, which was followed by a big crack. They wanted to get their floor fixed so they could use their garage properly and use it to store their cars again. They called Thrasher and one of our System Design Specialists, Bob, talked through how we could help. To life the concrete back into place, we used out Polylevel foam to lift and level. They then used NexusPro as our caulk to seal the joints and cracks. These homeowners loved the finished product and were so excited they could use it as normal soon after install! 

This homeowner had a large void in his walkway, allowing his concrete to sink. This made it difficult for his family and visitors to use the front entrance, worrying they would trip. He called Thrasher Foundation Repair for a free inspection to see how we could help. After inspecting it, we reviewed how we could raise his concrete back into place. With Polylevel, our expanding foam, we lifted the slab back into place and ensured no more dirt will be washed away from under the slab. Nexuspro is our caulking and was installed between the cracks and joints to prevent any more water damage under the slab. We were able to get the slab all the way level and back to safe and daily use! 

This crawlspace was experiencing an array of issues. It was extremely damp and had high humidity. This weakened the floor system, allowing it to sag and drop under the weight of the home. We encapsulated the entire crawlspace to fix these issues, making it a controlled environment. We then installed a Sedona dehumidifier to dry out the crawlspace and flooring system and prevent any future mold growth. Then we installed 8 galvanized steel beams and 16 smart jacks to to permanently stabilize the floors and lift them back into place, closing the gaps between the walls and ceiling. 

Jill was so excited to move into her new home last year, until winter hit. Her crawlspace felt the temperature when the cold hit, causing her waterlines to freeze and burst. This is her long term home and wants peace of mind this won't happen again this year. She called in Thrasher, and one of our System Design Specialists came out to help. To keep the temperature regulated in her crawl space, we installed our crawlspace encapsulation called Cleanspace. Cleanspace helps keep the outside dirt and cold on the outside, keeping your whole house warmer in the cold months, and cooler in the warmer months. Check out the before and after here!
