Thrasher arrived at the home in York, NE, and began the driveway repair. The homeowner opted to have our teams install our 2-part concrete protection system that consists of PolyLevel and NexusPro. PolyLevel is a concrete lifting foam that is injected underneath the slab to permanently lift and level the surface. NexusPro sealer is then applied to all cracks and control joints to prevent any water infiltration in the future. Before talking to Thrasher, he thought his only option was replacing the entire wall or foundation, which worried him because 1. he didn't want to move out of his home during the construction process and 2. knew it would end up being costly and time consuming. After assessing the situation, Deon noticed the failing bowing wall on the west side of his home. It was determined that with years of weather cycles with clay soils, Jeff's walls were bowed in over several inches. Which, in turn, made it start falling and failing at supporting his home. Here's the good news, though: there was no need to replace the entire wall or foundation. Thrasher determined that to fix the problem it would be best to install our Everlast wall restoration system on Jeff's failing wall. The Everlast Wall Restoration system gave the wall a new look, but most importantly the much needed support from the heavy clay soil pushing on the wall. We also installed wall support for additional support on that failing wall. 

Jeff was ecstatic. He loved hearing about the process and learning about what goes into our prep work and now he can rest comfortably in his home knowing it's supported and there are no more failing foundation walls.

This homeowner wanted to update her home both inside and out so her kids have a sellable home in the future. She had a major focus on the concrete and knew of Thrasher from our Vans and Trucks! She gave us a call and System Design Specialist, Joe Dearth, came out to meet with her. Joe did his inspection, and came back to the homeowner with the results and a plan. Street creep was pushing the driveway into the garage and caused portions of each to buckle. The back patio was also settling due to washout and the drought we were going through. One slab in the back had sunk a full inch away from the garages back door. Her garage was buckling in the middle and allowing water to pool when she brought her car in during the winter. To solve these issues, we lifted and leveled several slabs in the back and in the driveway with Polylevel. We used the same product to fix the buckle in the middle of the garage floor. Compression guard was put in to prevent street creep from causing further damage. When presented the results and the solution, she had one thing to say.. "Lets do it!" There is no doubt her outside concerns are gone, and she can keep focus on updating the interior now! 

This homeowner had some cracking in the bottom of his grain bin. He knew of Thrasher because we had done work for his mothers home before, and he saw us at a trade show. He decided to have us come out to take a look at this, since he trusted us with the great work we did for his mother. System Design Specialist, Ryan Marthaler, came out to meet with them. Ryan inspected the grain bins and saw the cracking. He determined it was caused by the unstable and non compacted soil under the slab with the amount of weight being put on top. Ryan came back to the homeowner with the findings and a solution. We decided to use our PolyLevel to help lift and level the slab under the grain bin into place. PolyLevel is installed by injecting the foam under the slab through dime sized holes. The foam then expands, hardens, and stabilizes. PolyLevel is also waterproof, so it will prevent any more washout of soil. The homeowner loved this idea, and we sent out our installation team. The homeowner was happy with the finished product, and we know he has the peace of mind he needed. 

Lonney was experiencing some sinking concrete around his building. He knew he wanted to get this taken care of right away and done right the first time, so he did his research. He read about Thrasher and our reputation and knew we were the company for him. System Design Specialist, Tony Taylor, came out to meet with him. Tony did his inspection and found due to the drought, the subsoils had been sinking and this allowed the edges of the building to settle. In order to fix this properly, Tony proposed we use PolyLevel foam under the slab to lift it back up. After lifting, to use NexusPro to caulk the edge of the slab to keep water from washing out the other areas. Lonney loved this solution and appreciated we sat down with him and talked over how it worked and the solution really was. There is no doubt he has peace of mind for his concrete and building.
