Selected Thrasher based on referrals from neighbors and I also evaluated the Pier system that they use and felt that it was a good system. The crew was very efficient, accurate and tidy. They seemed to work well together and enjoyed their job...they also spoke well of the company which is becoming more rare these days. I will be using the pier system again on my garage in the spring and I will request this same crew again. I have already shared photos of the job process with my buddies in the construcion area.

We believe our 3 basement egress windows are not sealed properly and we might need new ones, as there are always dead bugs on the window sill inside. Wet basement issue resolved in Staplehurst, NE

Janet P. had Thrasher come and evaluate her wet basement issues. The team needed to stabilize the East wall with Carbon Armor wall straps and the North wall with C-Channel. They also added 2 poly wells with well duct and waterproofed the entire basement. Lastly, the team added a Triple Safe sump pump with a battery backup in addition to the existing sump that Janet already had. 

Home in Staplehurst, NE revived with wall anchor system

Bill T. had Thrasher install wall anchors in his basement to help with foundation issues. He was very happy with the overall process and especially with the crew's cleanup. He participates in Annual Maintenance appointments for inspection of his Thrasher system. 

C-Channels Stabilize Failing Walls in Garland, NE

A homeowner in Garland, NE had growing concern about her foundation walls. She was noticing major cracking and was worried about the foundation of her home. Not wanting the walls to fall in she decided to call Thrasher.

We were able to identify that there was major deflection and cracking that was occurring. We used C-Channels to stabilize the walls. This moved the wall back into the original position.

Egress Window Well Replacement in Seward, NE

This homeowner could see dirt under the window well they had in the basement. His son was living down there and he was concerned about getting water in the window. The window well he had was set too far shallow and it didn't have a cover that worked for it, so he covered it with plywood, which blocked out any light that might come through. They knew about Thrasher and our reputation, so they gave us a call. System Design Specialist, Ben Hawley, came out to meet with them. Ben did his inspection and saw how the window well was set too high and mud was washing into the window well area from under the well. To combat this issue, Thrasher replaced the egress window well with one set to the correct depth and buried the downspout outside. We also added a cover in place of the plywood that let natural light through but would keep debris out. There is no doubt they have peace of mind knowing they will not get any more mud or water into their window.
