She called Thrasher and System Design Specialist, Lorenzo Lancia, came out to meet her. Lorenzo found she had very high relative humidity in the crawl space due to the moisture levels under her home. This caused her to have indoor allergies and mold growth. Lorenzo proposed we use a full crawl space encapsulation and a Sanidry-Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the moisture levels and relative humidity in the right place. He also proposed to use a Super Sump Pump to get any water in the space out and away from the home. Even though this was a brand new home, the homeowner knew this was the best option to keep her home healthy. In the end, she was thrilled that we had solution to her problems and about the cleanliness and respectfulness of the crews that came to install the products.
