Sunken AC Concrete Pad Lifted in Wichita, KS

This homeowner needed to replace his AC units and he thought this would be a good time to repair the concrete underneath the AC units as well. After looking at the AC units' concrete pad, he thought the only solution would be to break out the concrete and repour a new pad for the new units. He wanted to get a second opinion before he decided on anything, so he gave us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist AJ LaVoie to inspect the concrete slab and determine if it could be fixed without pouring a new slab. AJ say that the soil underneath the AC pad concrete and the connecting sidewalk had eroded over the years, leaving an enormous void underneath it. While he was shocked by the size of this concrete void, AJ knew that he could stabilize it, so he discussed this option with the homeowner. The homeowner was skeptical at first, as this was a massive void under his concrete, but after hearing other options, he gained confidence that we had the right solutions for him. We sent an installation crew to use PolyLevel foam and NexusPro joint sealant to lift, level, and seal the AC pad concrete as well as the sidewalk.

The homeowner was amazed at the lift of his concrete. He was so impressed with how hard the crew worked and he is so excited about how his concrete looks now that he doesn't need to replace it. Check out the lift on this concrete pad and sidewalk!

Front Stoop Tripping Hazard Fixed in Bellevue, NE

These homeowners just moved into town and they were worried about the tripping hazard on their front stoop. They didn't want their movers to have problems or get injured just by helping them move their stuff, so after doing some research into concrete repair companies, they gave us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Thomas Graff to welcome them to the area, as well as diagnose and solve the tripping hazard these homeowners were facing. After inspection, Thomas determined that the home had recently installed gutters, however the old gutter system was still collecting water which lead directly to the front walkway. The soil underneath the walkway was weakened by the water erosion from the gutters, so the soil settled, causing a massive void under the front stoop. Our installation team was sent out and they used PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the front stoop and walkway.
