I wanted to let you know that the crew did an excellent job last Friday and the slab is in really good shape.  I believe only one small crack was formed, but the slab itself is level and the crack is not opened at all, and really should not be an issue for me. Overall I have been very satisfied with all of the work you guys have done for me, as well as the flexibility and willingness to move things around so that we could try to get completed faster.

Mike Spencer, Thrasher's System Design Specialist, has been great, above and beyond great customer service!  Mike spent 2 hours here when he did the estimate and came back when I was a bit worried about a pipe showing.  He is now totally taking care of the problem and fixing it himself.  Some of the best customer service I have experienced.  The guys that did the install were great too, very fast workers!

We selected Thrasher because we have always heard their ads.  We happened by their kiosk at the Iowa State Fair and more information about what Thrasher does.  The Thrasher crew did an excellent job of keeping the dust and mess contained.  They were done in about six hours and let me just a little clean up.
