This customer's home had bowing walls, a problem that can occur from pressure exerted by expansive soils. This bowing has led to cracks in the joints between the concrete blocks, putting the home's structure at risk. To address this issue, we installed our PowerBrace foundation repair system. This homeowner was having a hard time cleaning his constantly clogged gutters and didn't want to keep paying people to do it for him either. He tried putting other types of covers on the gutters but they always fail. The gutters were always overflowing and he was worried that the gutters dumping water next to his home would cause long-term problems. We installed Raindrop gutter covers to his gutters and sealed the corners to ensure water was flowing in the right direction without leaks. 

This sidewalk was experiencing settlement and gaps so severe the City told them to get it fixed or they will be charged for a replacement. We were able to fix the concrete by injecting PolyLevel foam to lift and level the concrete slab back to its original position! 

Let's face it, a driveway with this many cracks really drives down property value. That's why we used Polylevel foam to make sure it was flat and smooth to drive on again. But what about all of those cracks? For that, we used NexusPro, which is a filler designed to fix any existing cracks and prevent further cracking in the future. 

This homeowner didn't want to worry about this tripping hazard if they ever decide to sell. When we inspected, we found that the soil underneath the concrete had settled due to water eroding it, plus extreme dryness shrinking the soil. To fix the problem, we used PolyLevel foam to lift and stabilize the concrete pads, then use NexusPro caulking to seal the joints and prevent further water from seeping through.
