This homeowner's downspout extension was a tripping hazard for herself and others, so she wanted it to be buried. Not only was it a tripping hazard, but it was also interfering with her yard work. To keep this homeowner safe, we buried the downspouts with a Lawnscape discharge pot. 

This home is celebrating its 100-year anniversary later this month, and to honor that, the homeowner wanted to get some of her worries about the home checked out. She and her daughter had noticed some settlement issues and were concerned it was damaging the inside drywall. The brick home sits on a shallow footing and has settled over time due to the cycle of wet and dry seasons that expand and contract the soil. To make sure this home is standing for many years to come, we installed 12 helical piers on the front porch and side bump out. 

This homeowner is planning to remodel his basement and is tired of dealing with water issues. Before he starts the renovations he wants to ensure the space is waterproof. We determined that hydrostatic pressure was causing water to come through the cold joints and some wall bowing is also resulting from this. We waterproofed this basement by installing WaterGuard, TripleSafe sump pump, and CleanSpace. Now this homeowner can get started on that remodel!

This homeowner has tenants living in her basement and wants to ensure they have dry living conditions. She was getting water into her basement because of heavy rain and hydrostatic pressure on her foundation walls that allowed water to seep in. We were able to fix the problem by fully waterproofing her basement. We used our WaterGuard system and CleanSpace system, to make sure no water comes off the walls or through the cracks. Now this homeowner and her tenants can have peace of mind knowing they won't have to worry about the water. 

This customer just moved into her home a year ago and gave us a call because she wanted to know all there is to know about waterproofing and what systems they currently had in place. While we were at her home we discovered there was a blockage in the discharge line to one of her pumps that a landscaping wall had crushed. In order to get the line to work we had to dig a new trench over the wall and replace the ice guard, the lawn scape discharge, and the drain line.
