Bonita is a longtime homeowner in Omaha, NE, and over the last couple of years, she has noticed that stairs leading up to her front porch and door were continually settling and leaning. We sent System Design Specialist Britton Wood out to her home and noticed that the concrete had started to settle. The crew started by using PolyLevel to raise the stair back up to level and we used  NexusPro Joint Sealant to caulk all of the joints and gaps. Homeowner Bobbi Jo wanted to repair the concrete in front of her home in Blair, NE. The amount of settlement had created a tripping hazard. Bobbi Jo was worried about the impact this would have on the rest of the concrete. System Design Specialist Alan Ruiz was able to see that there was some water intrusion that had caused the soil to erode.  The crew started by using PolyLevel under the concrete to level it again and then applied NexuPro Joint Sealant to all the joints to prevent water from getting under the slab again. Bobbi Jo was impressed by the final result and hard work the crew put in. 

Aaron is a homeowner in Wichita, KS, and he needed some waterproofing in the basement. He wanted to turn the basement into more living space but wanted the basement to stay dry. System Design Specialist Rob Griffin went out to Aaron’s home. He was able to recommend a permanent waterproofing solution. In the basement, we installed WaterGuard to take care of the waterproofing, encapsulated the walls with CleanSpace, and installed SuperSump Plus sump pump. Aaron was relieved to know that water would no longer be an issue.

Jeff and Linda are homeowners in Omaha, NE, who needed concrete repair on their driveway. The driveway and sidewalks needed some new caulking, and they wanted it done correctly to prevent future damage to the area. System Design Specialist Mike Lutmer went out to their home and recommended using NexusPro Joint and Crack Sealant to close the cracks and fix the caulking. The crew repaired the caulking. Jeff and Linda were happy with the results.

The crew was able to use PolyLevel and NexusPro Joint Sealant to level and fill the exposed joints. Cathy and Bruce were thrilled with the final results!
