Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

The Customer was unable to close his bedroom door for nearly a year. He had tried to reframe the door and sand it but to no avail. He was tired of his door sticking and concerned about his sinking home. We used a SmartJack system to level the home's floor and foundation and solve the issue of the sticking bedroom door.  

Gerry was concerned that he had settlement issues which may be causing problems with his concrete. 

We sent System Design Specialist Ian Pfister out to the home to provide a free inspection and explain how we can help. He determined that there wasn't a settlement issue and provided options to repair and extend the life of his driveway.  We used PolyLevel Foam and Nexus Pro Joint Sealant to lift and level the concrete back to its original position and seal out moisture to prevent future problems.

Juanita was concerned about the garage approach settlement that created a rough entry and exit of the garage.

This home in Schaller, Iowa was in real danger of foundation collapse as the brick walls of the basement deteriorated and deflected inward - a sign that water pressure from saturated soil around the homes foundation had been building up for awhile. To prevent a catastrophic foundation event and return safety and stability to the home, we installed out new EverBrace wall support system.
