We sent System Design Specialist, Ryan, out to provide a free on-the-spot estimate.  We installed our Smart Jacks to stabilize the home while adding Ice Guards and burying the discharges to protect the basement from water.  

Shelly is a proud homeowner and noticed a musty smell in her bedroom.  Since we were there looking at her garage wall, we also conducted a thorough inspection.

Our System Design Specialist, Zach, was able to identify the reason for the smell was due to high humidity and lots of mold in her crawlspace.  We were able to transform her space with full encapsulation and added our SaniDry humidifier.  This brightened up the space, removed the smell, and she can comfortably use it for storage.

System Design Specialist Sam Pretz arrived at the home to provide a free inspection and detailed options to fix the issues.  The whole driveway became cracked and unlevel.  We used PolyLevel foam to level the driveway and Nexus Pro to fill in the cracks in the concrete.  Then we applied Sealant Pro to protect the surface from further deterioration and stains.  Our three-part system will ensure protection for years to come.

Crumbling concrete support blocks were endangering the floor and foundation of this home, and this homeowner needed a solution installed quickly. After performing a thorough inspection of the homes crawl space, we proposed our SmartJack system to restore stability to the home and lift the floors back to their original position. 

A cracked basement wall had become an access point for water in this home, and the homeowners were tired of the headache of finding water in their basement, storage area and workshop space. Fortunately, Thrasher was able to help, installing our WaterGuard drainage system along the effected walls, vapor barrier on the walls to keep the area clean and dry while diverting moisture into the drainage system, and a new sump pump to direct the water away from the home.
