Foundation Wall Stabilization in Mason City, NE
This customer has already had one side of their foundation repaired and wanted to fix two more to keep their forever home in great shape. The problem was that both the west and south walls were deflecting. We stabilized these walls by installing PowerBraces to them.
Crawlspace Repair in Wheat Ridge, CO
This customer has noticed moisture in the crawlspace and was concerned about the structural support post. They knew they wanted to sell the house within the next 7-8 years, so they wanted to get a start on fixing some issues now. After inspecting the house, we discovered the customer's foundation was built on caissons, or a watertight retaining structure. When it would rain, moisture would come in but would never pool, just making the soil damp. The dirt crawlspace was also a contributor to the poor indoor air quality.
We were able to help this homeowner with a crawlspace encapsulation, one SmartJack on one side of the beam on the shallow dirt shelf walls, and one SmartJack XT on the seven-foot drop in the soil/elevation changed in the crawlspace.
Leveling Garage and Driveway Concrete
This customer moved into his home 20 years ago and plans on passing it down to his son eventually. His garage and driveaway concrete is unlevel and just wants his peace of mind restored. This sunken slab was created from soil washout. To lift and level the driveway to be even with the garage, we used out PolyLevel expanding foam!
Driveway Lift with PolyLevel
This customer just bought her home and is concerned about the concrete dropping. She doesn't want it to get any worse so she had us come take a look at it. It turns out that the soil underneath was being washed out, creating voids under the concrete. We lifted and leveled the slabs with PolyLevel and sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro.
Concrete Leveling and Repair in Des Moines, IA
The concrete at this home had settled and there was one crack and a tripping hazard. The owner does not want to have to worry about the mailman/woman or anyone else walking up to her front door and tripping over the crack in her sidewalk. She stated, "I know it's there and I trip over it. I don't want someone walking up to my door and getting hurt because of my sidewalk."
We used Polylevel to raise the sidewalk and make it an even walking surface. We then sealed the cracks and control joints with NexusPro to further protect the concrete.
