Call Representative
Each call with Thrasher staff was positive, direct, and thorough. I am pleased with the follow-through by the call representatives.
Sales Process
Doug is the BEST. He is an excellent communicator, listens to my reasons for the project, and worked with me to get a project proposal I understood.
Our Installation Crew
Enrique and his team were great! I received a text message alerting me to arrival, the guys explained the project before they started, and the work was completed much faster than I expected. I really appreciated their attention to keeping the side gate closed and how they interacted with my dogs.
