Our Overall Service
Would have given a rating of "4.5" but that wasn't a choice. I had to push hard to have the installation crew return to complete the work the following day instead of waiting two days. Once a job is started it should be completed before moving on to another customer. Perhaps Thrasher is overcommitting on the number of projects. I'd also receive obsolete messages such as paying my bill when it already had been done; and sending me when the crew would would arrive after they had already done work on the drive.
Sales Process
Jacob was very responsive to my questions and communicated very well throughout the project. He was proactive in reducing costs.
Our Installation Crew
Would have given a rating of "4.5" but that wasn't a choice. Logan, the crew boss, was an excellent communicator and worked hard to get things right. He promptly communicated with me. He was willing to answer questions. Finishing off/sealing the drill holes could use improvement and sealing around the brick seemed excessive. Why are the drill holes not filled with sealant instead of concrete which cracks?
The Cleanup Process
Could have done a better job on clean-up. Large glob of sealant left on lawn, and the driveway and porch needed to be blown off better.
