Nick identified a wall that was bowing and was very clear with me how important it was to get this repaired, even if it we didn't do any of the work that we invited them to give us an estimate on nor had them do it. He showed exactly was he saw and why it was important to fix in the near of not immediate future. We appreciated him doing a full home inspection and not just what we called him for!
