Quick and easy interaction when calling to schedule appointment. Inspector showed up on time and communicated prior to arrival so we knew when to expect him. Inspector did a great job of explaining what needed to be repaired and gave us several options. When it came time for repair, the crew showed up on time, did quick and accurate work with excellent communication. Would use Thrasher again.
