Donnie and his crew were wonderful! They contacted me prior to arriving to let me know when to expect them. I advised I had a dog but was friendly could she be left out and it was a wholehearted "YES!" Animal people are the best! They arrived introduced themselves, were very professional, and friendly. They answered all my questions and were very honest when i asked about when the ground is saturated if this encapsulation would keep the water from leaking into one corner that i've had issues with. They said what they had done would not help[ with saturation, but that there were things i could do to assist with that. They took pictures so i chouls see what they had done and cleaned up after themselves. 5 stars for sure!
