From start to finish, these guys are the pro's. The sales rep (Neil K., AND the work crew leader, Emanuel V. both were excellent with their communications with us. They do it the right way, by returning our calls and texts promptly, and with the answers that we needed to hear. One word to sum up the entire Thrasher experience? PROFESSIONALISM
Neil K. presented our committee with a thorough representation of his company, and of the products and services that they bring to the table. He had answers to our questions, during his initial call with our committee. And his follow-up and expertise, along with his communications, shined all the way through 'til the truck pulled out of the driveway after the job was done.
Neil K. was both, our call rep and our sales rep.
If I could choose something better than a "5" for the boots on the ground crew .... I would! Emanuel and his two helpers took ownership of our basement project as soon as they pulled into our parking lot. Their courtesy and professsionalism shined! All three of these individuals had a smile on their faces every day, even when the job got tough, and the sweat got going. They took genuine pride in their work.
Everyone in our church who has walked through our basement after the Thrasher crew has finished their job has commented about how clean our basement is, especially after following such a major job as Thrasher's performed. Dust laying around is virtually non-existent. And the air downstairs already smells better and more breathable, thanks in part to the pair of SaniDry Sedona air units that we decided to install.
