The previous waterproofing work in her new home was done by our team, so she knew that we were the right professionals to solve her problem. Upon inspection, we discovered that the homeowner was experiencing an issue with a blockage in the discharge line of one of her pumps. The blockage was caused by a landscaping wall that had crushed the line. It became apparent that the previous homeowners had never maintained the wall. Our team dug a new trench over the wall and replaced the old ice guard and lawn scape discharge and drain line.
