Even though it's been 20 years since we provided our last solution for Jane, our System Design Specialist noted in his report that our solution was still working like new. This built trust with our customer and prompted her to call us when her foundation began to fail. Unfortunately, the contractor who built the home took some shortcuts and Jane noticed her house had thin floors and no have adequate support. To fix this we used Polylevel to fill the voids under her home which were causing the concrete to crack. Then we used a smart jack to supplement the beams and provide extra support for the home.
