This homeowner was tired of her basement having water get in and making her basement feel damp. We sent System Design Specialist Todd King to inspect the basement problem and design a custom solution to fix her water problem. Todd found that water was getting in through the cold joints and that there was high humidity, so he determine that a full perimeter system as well as a new dehumidifier were needed to fix this.
