Photo Album: Driveway Repair in Colorado Springs, CO
This homeowner had a void in his concrete driveway that he wanted to solve before it sank further, so he gave us a call. System Design Specialist Anthony Salcedo assessed that the soil underneath the concrete could not hold the weight of the concrete because it was poorly compacted. Our team fixed this by utilizing our 2-Part Concrete Protection System. Check out the driveway repair process!
Cracked Caulking and Unsealed Concrete Joints
The joints on this concrete were left either unsealed, or the caulking that sealed them initially had started to break apart. There are large joints in the concrete that would be easy for more damage to happen if left in this state.
Void in the Driveway and Large Concrete Crack
The void in the driveway was caused by the loose soil underneath not supporting the weight of the concrete. The concrete then cracked and caused a large void to happen right by the large crack on the driveway.
Sealed Sidewalk
The sidewalk had large joints that were unsealed and could have easily become a problem. To prevent any problems with the sidewalk, our team utilized NexusPro sealant to seal the joints of the concrete and connect them to each other.
Lifted, Leveled, and Sealed Driveway
Our team fixed this cracked and sunken driveway by utilizing our 2-Part Concrete Protection System. This system includes PolyLevel foam to lift and level the concrete as well as NexusPro sealant to seal the cracks and joints of the concrete.
