This homeowner was concerned because of the bump in his driveway that was making the entrance to his garage difficult to use. He called us, and we sent System Design Specialist Brandon Powers to inspect the problem. Brandon found that the soil underneath the concrete had eroded over time, and that using PolyLevel Concrete Leveling and NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair would solve this problem in addition to preventing it from happening again. Check out the driveway leveling process!
Sunken Walkway
This home had voids underneath the walkway caused by soil erosion. The concrete walkway had sunken enough that there was a gap between the stair to the porch and the walkway itself.
Leveled Walkway
Using PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant, our team was able to lift and seal the concrete walkway so that there was no gap between the stair to the patio and the walkway itself.
Expanding Joints and Bumps in the Driveway
Again due to soil erosion, there were expanded concrete joints in addition to the bump on the driveway which made it difficult to use the driveway and enter the garage. The expanded joints caused the bump as they sunk at different paces.
Leveled and Sealed Driveway
Using PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant, our team was able to lift, level, and seal the concrete so that there was no longer a bump in the driveway. The sealing of the joints will prevent further erosion so that the concrete doesn't sink again.
