Failing Support Posts for the Support Beams
The support post previously in the homeowners' basement was failing under the weight of the support beam. The beam was beginning to crack, and the support post was bending under the weight of the support beam.
SmartJack Repair
The SmartJacks were the repair for these support beams failing. The SmartJacks were installed with expansion joints around to posts as well, so that if the floor of the home ever started to sin, the support beams will not be affected.

The SmarkJacks in this homeowners basement come with an adjustable bolt so that the support beams can straighten and adjust overtime.
