The driveway of this home sunk from moisture underneath the soil causing the soil to expand and contract. The concrete on the left side sunk the most and cracks started to develop in the concrete slabs.
Cracking and Flaking Concrete Driveway
The cracks on this concrete driveway were expanding frequently as the concrete settled. The moisture underneath the concrete also contacted the surface of the concrete which led to pitting and flaking of the concrete's surface.
Lifted and Repaired Concrete

Sealed Concrete Driveway
Our team used SealantPro Concrete Sealing as the last part of the 3-Part Concrete Protection System. This helps to seal the surface of the concrete to prevent further pitting and flaking.
