These homeowners had dealt with cracks in their bedroom walls for years and after trying to repair it on their own multiple times, they had enough. Our team determined that the house had settlement on the interior of the garage that was causing the walls upstairs to crack. It’s more of a rare issue, but with our push pier system it can be stabilized. Thrasher installed push piers in the interior of the basement that attach to the footings and support the weight of the home. The reason for these issues is the soil underneath the home, but our solutions make it an easy fix as opposed to replacing the whole foundation.
