In Omaha, NE this homeowner was concerned with the settling of her back patio and the impact it might have on the foundation of the home. After a thorough inspection, it was clear the patio had settled in multiple areas causing water to pool up against the foundation. The customer opted to have our two-part concrete protection system installed that consists of our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant.
The PolyLevel foam is inserted beneath the concrete to permanently lift and level the sunken areas. This is followed with the NexusPro to seal all control joints and along the foundation to prevent any future water damage.
The homeowner was happy with the appearance and effectiveness of the two products.
