Tom was looking to get gutter covers as it is difficult for him to clean his gutters. Thrasher has done work for him in the past, so he knew he could trust us with his gutters. System Design Specialist, Kerry Lehman, came out to meet with him. Kerry did his inspection of the gutters and found the have a tree by the corner of the house that primarily was clogging one section of gutters causing them to overflow. To combat this issue, Kerry proposed we install RainDrop gutter covers. Tom loved this solution and we sent out our installation team. We know there is no doubt he has peace of mind with his new gutter system.

In Arkansas City, Kansas wanted to remodel her bedroom and install new flooring, but first she needed to do something about the failing joists in her basement that were causing the floors to slant significantly. This was an older home, settling on a limestone foundation, making the project even more challenging.

 

We were called out to inspect the home, and provided Janice with a thorough explanation of the situation and how we planned to resolve the issue, which she appreciated. To level the floors, we installed supplemental SmartJack XT’s to not only level the uneven floors, but to prevent the problem from occurring again in the future.
